No. NovaCore platforms are delivered as a managed service: a one-time setup fee covers configuration, branding, and deployment, and a monthly maintenance subscription covers hosting, support, security updates, backups, and bug fixes.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional or Enterprise later?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — your data, users, and configuration migrate automatically and you only pay the difference in setup and the new monthly rate.
Do you support local payment methods like EVC Plus, Zaad, and Sahal?+
Yes. We integrate with major Somali mobile money rails and East African providers including M-Pesa for fee collection and receipts.
What happens if I need a feature that isn't in any package?+
We build it. Custom features and modules are quoted separately and added to your platform with no disruption to existing users.
Is training included?+
